Bradley Refrigeration are currently looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Service Manager to join their successful and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Word and Excel and a passion for optimising workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the service manager in diary management and coordinating engineers’ workloads effectively
• Communicate effectively with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining and updating service records accurately using our service management system
• Regular reporting to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
• Assist in creating, tracking and monitoring orders
• Liaising with customers and suppliers
• Assisting with job costing
Requirements:
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective verbal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Must be a team player
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the refrigeration industry is an advantage but not essential
Forming an integral part of a small team, the role is office based, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside an experienced team in a positive work environment.
Remuneration
• £25,000 – £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
• 32 days annual leave including bank holidays
